Neon Sign Warranty Information

If you are returning a sign, please:

  • Read the warranty below.

  • This button will take you to the "Return Goods" form.
  • Fill in the "Return Goods" form and submit it.
  • Wait to be contacted by a customer service representative who will schedule a time to have your damaged sign picked up.

Residential ULŪ Neon Signs

All Residential ULŪ Neon Signs manufactured by Everbrite Neon and its subsidiaries are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of receipt by you. We warrant that glass tubing will perform as intended, but do not warrant against glass breakage except as follows: if your Everbrite Neon product arrives with broken glass or other damage, or is not in good working order, you must contact 1-800-446-2378 within seven days after receipt of your Everbrite Neon product, and we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

If your Everbrite Neon product is defective in material or workmanship and is returned to Everbrite Neon within one year of the date it was received by you, we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

To obtain warranty service for your Everbrite neon product after seven days from receipt, you must call Everbrite Neon Customer Service Department at 1-800-446-2378 to report the problem. If you return your Everbrite Neon product, you must do so in accordance with the instructions given to and at your cost. We will ship the replacement product to your home in the United States at no cost to you.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE), ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF YOUR EVERBRITE NEON PRODUCT BY YOU. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF YOUR EVERBRITE NEON PRODUCTS, PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSE BY YOUR EVERBRITE NEON PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty does not cover (i) breakage of glass tubing resulting from events outside of Everbrite's control, except as provided above or (ii) defects resulting from events out of Everbrite's control. Events outside of Everbrite's control include alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God.

State law rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
