Payment Terms and Shipping

We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards. All products will ship after payment has been approved.  We ship most products via UPS.  Shipping charges may be adjusted at time of shipment.  All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point, Frieght Prepaid and Charged.  Additional shipping charges may apply on oversize products (ie. Outdoor Portable Signs, etc.) shipping to residential, military, school, and church addresses.

Quantity Shipping/Manufacturing Tolerance

Orders are subject to a +/- 10% finished quantity tolerance and will be billed accordingly.

Refunds, Returns, and Prices

SS Graphics, Inc. must authorize the return of any merchandise.  Returnable merchandise may subject to a restocking fee.  All items to be returned require a Return Authorization Number(RA).  RA numbers must be requested within 15 days of receipt of product.  Product must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging to be considered eligible for a return.    Please speak to one of our customer Service Representatives prior to making any return.  Custom Signs and Imprinted Items are non-refundable.  Prices and specifications on our website are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to correct typographic errors.  Frieght/shipping charges will be added to all orders.  Common Carrier/Motor Freight Shipments are subject to crating/boxing charges.  Cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation charge.  Orders requiring proofs are subeject to a minimum $25 cancellation charge.  The design and contents of this website are copyrighted.

Ordinances/Disclaimers

SS Graphics, Inc. is not responsible for your subdivision, township, city or state ordinances governing disclaimers, sign size, art and/or usage.  Also, state laws vary with regard to notices which must be printed and identification of those resposibilities for the purchasing, publishing or distribution of political advertising. Be sure all art submitted meet these requirements.  Check you city codes before purchasing products.  Custom products are not returnable.  Some non-custom products may not be returnable or may be subject to a restock charge.

Residential neon signs require additional ul certification.  Please choose appropriate neon sign for residential use.

Seller's Limited Liability

In no event shall seller be liable for consequential, special, incidental, punitive or contigent damages of any nature.  In no event shall seller be liable for any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, or injury to business or reputation.  The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price.

Neon Sign Warranty Policy

Neon Signs are warranted by the manufacturer.

EVERBRITE, INC. ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Residential UL® Neon Signs

All Residential UL® Neon Signs manufactured by Everbrite Neon and its subsidiaries are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of receipt by you. We warrant that glass tubing will perform as intended, but do not warrant against glass breakage except as follows: if your Everbrite Neon product arrives with broken glass or other damage, or is not in good working order, you must contact 1-800-446-2378 within seven days after receipt of your Everbrite Neon product, and we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

If your Everbrite Neon product is defective in material or workmanship and is returned to Everbrite Neon within one year of the date it was received by you, we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.

To obtain warranty service for your Everbrite neon product after seven days from receipt, you must call Everbrite Neon Customer Service Department at 1-800-446-2378 to report the problem. If you return your Everbrite Neon product, you must do so in accordance with the instructions given to and at your cost. We will ship the replacement product to your home in the United States at no cost to you.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE), ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF YOUR EVERBRITE NEON PRODUCT BY YOU. WE WILL NOT PAY FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF YOUR EVERBRITE NEON PRODUCTS, PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSE BY YOUR EVERBRITE NEON PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty does not cover (i) breakage of glass tubing resulting from events outside of Everbrite's control, except as provided above or (ii) defects resulting from events out of Everbrite's control. Events outside of Everbrite's control include alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God.

State law rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
